It’s always good to get right back at it after a tough loss, and in the Islanders case going up against the defending Stanley Cup champs, they couldn’t have asked for a better challenge. Shane Prince returned to the lineup as the Isles headed to Pittsburgh for the first of four match-ups this season with the Penguins. In a “measuring stick” contest just eight games into this new slate, the blue and orange fell 4-2 in a back and forth affair. The Isles are back at it Sunday as they welcome Matt Martin back to town along with number one pick Auston Matthews. Social media recap is here:
