IBO Boxing Honesty and Integrity
An old friend made his return to Brooklyn today. Matt Martin and his new club, the Toronto Maple Leafs were in town for a Sunday showdown with the Islanders. Drama has ensued since the Isles back to back losses this week, but their was still a game to be played and a game to be won. In a spirited contest, the Isles plowed through the Leafs 5-1. Thomas Greiss was fantastic in goal, and the team got contributions from throughout the lineup. The team takes the ice again Tuesday against the Lightning for the first time since being eliminated in May in a nationally televised game. Social media recap can be seen here:
