The 5 Hole: Let the Sun Shine

Well since it couldn’t be determined last night, the Islanders had one more chance to give either head to Pittsburgh or Florida later this week. In what was a makeup game from back in January, the Isles met the Flyers in the last game of the regular season. With the Flyers clinching yesterday, and the Isles playoff opponent to be found out by gaining a win, loss, or OT loss, this game really didn’t have much meaning. The blue and orange fell to the Flyers 5-2 setting up a playoff series meeting with the Florida Panthers which starts Thursday night. Neither team has won a playoff series in over 20 plus years, so something will have to give. Anyway, check out the top social media hits from tonight’s affair.
