I’m still trying to wrap my head around what happened earlier tonight. But I guess it finally hit me that somehow after not showing up on Saturday in Boston and the first 40 minutes tonight, the Islanders were on the winning side tonight, 3-2. It was probably the most unthinkable comeback the team had all season. Three goals in 7:10 gave the Islanders there 12th win in the past 17 games, and a 6-0-1 record in there last seven at Barclays. The team will look to build off this dramatic victory tomorrow night, when they take on the Penguins in another huge game. Until then, take a look at the top hits from social media during tonight’s win.
Hey #isles IT'S 7:15 Not 6:15….

#Isles steal 2 points in an improbable but very important win. Can't play like this in the playoff and need to gain momentum from it.
