The 5 Hole: Sabre The New Year

The Isles took to the ice one last time in the year 2015 earlier tonight. They found themselves in upstate New York playing in the second game of a three game road trip against the Buffalo Sabres. These teams met back in early November with the Sabres prevailing 2-1. Well the Isles decided to return the favor securing a 2-1 victory. The win was the Isles ninth in their last ten games when playing on New Year’s Eve. That’s now two wins in the last three for the Isles, and couldn’t have come at a better time with four huge games upcoming over the next week. Everyone have a healthy and happy New Year and take a peak at the best hits from social media during tonight’s game.
