The Islanders and Maple Leafs finished up a home and home series tonight north of the border and revenge was the name of the game. After an abysmal effort on Sunday night, the Isles battered and bruised the Leafs winning by a final of 6-3. They’ve had trouble win the Atlantic Division all season, but tonight they flipped the script. With many of the Isles usually having a homecoming in Toronto, John Tavares and company did not disappoint. The team has one more game before bringing in 2016 Thursday afternoon in Buffalo. Below is the top social media from tonight’s rout. Enjoy.
