The 5 Hole: Stinging the Jackets

The Islanders were back on the ice earlier this evening after a four day lay-off. Their opponent was the struggling Columbus Blue Jackets. Tonight mark the second trip to the state of Ohio for the Isles. They won there earlier this season. This game also was the first game of the team playing six games in the next 10 nights. Another win, this time in OT 3-2 help the Isles continue their surge. The team won’t have to wait to long to pick up another two points and extend their streak as they are right back at it tomorrow night against the Devils.
