The Islanders continued their voyage out west last night for a date with the Los Angeles Kings. In what was a overwhelmingly physical affair, the Isles fell by a score of 2-1. Their record so far on the trip is 1-1-0. They will get a chance to make it a successful trip with a win in Anaheim tomorrow night. Here’s the best social media hits of the night.

Well now we know the formula for this team to win, SCORE AS MANY GOALS AS POSSIBLE!
The #Isles are 7-1-0 when they score at least three goals and are 1-5-3 when they do not. More in #TheSkinny shortly
