With the schedule being released yesterday, a bit earlier than last season, the NHL made sure we didn’t have too long a wait from the end of the Stanley Cup Finals to be excited for hockey again.
The schedule release means that Road Ice Travels is already in the planning stages of a number of great road trips. This season we will be checking out some new arenas as well as returning to the favorites from the past two seasons. As everyone who has joined us can attest to, RIT always tries to add a unique element to our events, something you couldn’t necessarily experience otherwise.
This past season, we had lucky fans chosen to sit in the penalty boxes during warmups at the Wells Fargo in Philly. We also had our full 100+ person group get a photo on the ice at the Rock in New Jersey after an Islanders win over the Devils in March. We had a number of fans meet in the frozen north of Montreal at a pregame before the short walk to the famous Bell Centre. We promise to again offer such unique additions and more this coming season and can’t wait to be able to offer them to you, our loyal customers and die hard hockey fans!
Please stay tuned for upcoming emails and social media posts with information on this year’s trips. Like last year, we recommend getting your deposits in early to secure your spots as most of our trips last season did sell out and we unfortunately had to place many fans on wait lists. This year we hope to accommodate all of you. See you on the road…
