Bryan Randall Speaks With Joe Lisi At The Ron Jaworski Celebrity Golf Challenge
Bryan Randall was a standout quarterback for Virginia Tech from 2001-2004. In his four year career in Blacksburg, Randall completed 58.8% of his passes for 6,508 passing yards with 48 touchdowns. Randall was a dual threat quarterback who forced defenses out of their base scheme in making them account for him on every play. Randall rushed for 1,526 rushing yards averaging 3.7 yards per rush with 11 touchdowns on the ground.
Randall had poise in the pocket and had a strong arm that could make every throw in help lead the Hokies to victory many times. Randall became a leader of the team and in his senior season in 2004, Bryan led the Hokies to an overall 10-3 record in which the Hokies went on to play undefeated Auburn in the Sugar Bowl. In 2004, Randall threw for 2,264 passing yards with 21 touchdowns. He was also third on the team in rushing behind running backs Mike Imoh and Cedric Humes with 511 rushing yards and 3 touchdowns.
