Beginning this Monday, January 17, the Field of 68’s nightly college basketball show, The Field of 68 AFTER DARK, will air on SiriusXM’s ESPNU Radio channel. ESPNU Radio is available to subscribers nationwide on the SiriusXM radios in their cars (channel 84) and on the SXM app.
The show, which is currently broadcast on the network’s YouTube and social channels, is broadcast live nightly from 11 p.m. until midnight ET, featuring a rotating cast of some of the most prominent names in the sport. Featuring interviews with top players such as potential No. 1 draft pick Jabari Smith and National Player of the Year frontrunner Johnny Davis, as well as the top coaches in the sport, including Baylor’s Scott Drew and Kansas’ Bill Self, no show will keep fans more up to date on the happenings in college basketball through the Final Four in early April.
The lineup of rotating voices will include Stadium Insider Jeff Goodman, former college stars Robbie Hummel, Randolph Childress, Ashton Gibbs and Terrence Oglesby, as well as veteran coaches Sean Miller, Archie Miller and Steve Prohm.
Field of 68 founder Rob Dauster, rising star John Fanta and media titans like Doug Gottlieb and Seth Davis will also be a presence on the show, as will young, up-and-coming media stars Kevin Sweeney of SI.com, Sean Paul, the Sleepers Media duo of Greg Waddell and Carter Elliott, as well as the Three Man Weave trio of Jim Root, Matt Cox and Ky McKeon.
“There’s a major void right now in this space with regard to college basketball,” Dauster said. “This will give diehard college basketball fans somewhere to go each night from the start of the season through the national title game to not only be informed, but also entertained.”
“We’ll break down the top games and storylines each night,” Dauster added. “And also have conversations with many of the top names in the sport immediately after their games. I promise you will not get access like this anywhere else.”
