Leaders Group, parent company of Sports Business Journal, has finalized its acquisition of the assets of SportTechie, the leading sports technology content and events company. SportTechie will be integrated into Sports Business Journal making the combined entity the leading source of insights and information for sports industry leaders and innovators.
SportTechie, founded in 2012, covers trends and innovations in the dynamic and rapidly expanding sports technology industry. As technology has changed the way the sports ecosystem does business, SportTechie has been at the forefront of this shift with its acclaimed weekday newsletter, best-in-class calendar of events and impactful reporting.

The SportTechie team will join Sports Business Journal and Taylor Bloom will assume the newly created position of Managing Director, Sports Technology Business at Leaders Group.
