Is Don King trying to entice Mike Tyson to fight Trevor Bryan for WBA Regular belt?

Don King and Mike Tyson had a business lunch last week in Boca Raton, FL. During that meeting it’s highly probably that Don King did try to mention a business proposal to the $16m dollar man (Tyson earned $16m vs Roy Jones in November).

Keep in mind, King’s only meal ticket left in his declining boxing empire is heavyweight Trevor Bryan, who would be lucky to earn five figures for a defense of his lightly regarded WBA Regular title.

Any reasonable ring observer would have to conclude Don King would be very eager to entice Iron Mike to fight Bryan instead of the still unsigned Legends Only League exhibition bout Tyson announced last week with Lennox Lewis. If a Tyson vs Lewis rematch deal can be agreed on by the two legendary icons, would happen September in Los Angeles. But no deal has been made.

It’s very possible Tyson vs Lewis 2 could fall apart the same way the Tyson vs Holyfield 3 crumbled after months of back and forth negotiating.

Tyson can still draw blockbuster numbers, he proved that in November. Don King is nearing 90 years of age and still active in boxing to make another load of millions. It should be quite easy to connect the dots you’ve just been presented with…

For Tyson to give Don King the time of day at a business lunch is very interesting. Could it be Tyson vs Bryan is in the works??? would anyone buy it?
