First Look At New ‘Duck Tales’ Reboot Show

First Look At New ‘Duck Tales’ Reboot Show

DuckTales is coming back to TV in 2017! Comicbook.com reports the show will be coming back with an all new look and new adventures. Your favorite characters Scrooge McDuck, his nephews Huey, Dewey, and Louie, will be returning, with an occasional appearance from Donald Duck.

Disney’s Kids Upfronts series released the first image of the Duck Tales series on Monday, where it was also announced that Big Hero 6 and Star vs. The Forces of Evil will also receive TV series in the upcoming future.

In the late 1980’s, Duck Tales use to be a part of Disney’s channel’s afternoon line up, right along with popular children’s show Chip & Dale’s Rescue Rangers. The shows were often influenced from the likes of  by pop-culture from the likes of Sherlock Holmes, Indiana Jones, and James Bond.

What most don’t know is Duck Tales is  a four-time Emmy winner. The show was a personal favorite of mine and I remember the movie DuckTales: Treasure of the Lost Lamp. Good to know children’s television is on the come-up again. Saturday mornings just aren’t like they use to be without these shows.
